Direct Mail Campaign

Mail “Just Listed” postcards to the property’s surrounded area and invite your neighbors to our 1st Open House.

Since most buyers work with Realtors, we will email blast a flyer of your property for maximum exposure.

Agent Feedback

Showing suite is an exclusive marketing feature we provide to all our listings.  Sellers will have access to feedback from agents and buyers about their home.

If you choose to, our team will conduct Open Houses for your personal residence or income property (if vacant.) The first one will be a part of a marketing campaign to your neighbors inviting them to your Open House.
