I'll connect you with trusted lenders to get pre-approved, explain current market conditions in your target neighborhoods, and create a personalized search strategy. This session ensures you're confident, prepared, and ready to move quickly when the right home appears.

Once we know what you're looking for, the search begins. I'll send you listings that match your criteria, schedule tours at your convenience, and provide honest feedback on each property. We'll explore neighborhoods together, discuss pros and cons, and refine your wish list as we go. Whether it takes three showings or thirty, we won't stop until we find the one that feels like home.

❋ Offer and Closing Process

When you've found your home, I'll help you craft a competitive offer, negotiate on your behalf, and navigate inspections, appraisals, and contingencies. I'll coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, and inspectors to keep everything moving smoothly.
