Real Estate has been a passion since childhood. Owning my first home at the age of 18 and then going on to flip my first property at the age of 20. Since then, I have owned and managed several of my own properties.
Prior to working in real estate, I had a successful career working as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the retail & hospitality industry for 25+ years; I have always believed in building lasting relationships and creating the BEST experience possible!
My husband and I with 3 of our 5 children live in East San Diego County. When we are not working, we enjoy cooking, baking, going to the pool or beach, hiking, or just hanging out at home gardening.

I’m a wife, a mom and a furniture fanatic. I have spent the last 16 years collecting furniture and home decor while renovating homes with my husband. I’m in my element when I’m decorating a home or working with my hands restoring vintage furniture. Staging and Design are something that I dedicate my time to. When I’m not spending my time with my family or dreaming of furniture, I am thinking up new design ideas for my next project. I love turning homes into show pieces!

I appreciate the logic of numbers. As Frontline Realty Group’s bookkeeper for almost 15 years, I keep diligent records of where the money comes in and goes out. My experience working on the team’s REO bank owned property listings in the last downturn has honed my skills in tracking repair and renovation property expenses while organizing invoices and receipts which help keep our clients informed throughout the transaction.
When not reconciling ledgers, I like to be outside especially near the ocean, or curled up inside reading a good book.

Heather’s diverse real estate background is further enhanced by her credentials as a certified transaction coordinator. She is highly organized and skilled at handling the mountains of paperwork that accompany every transaction.
As a young professional, Heather especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership and get on the path to creating financial security through real estate investment. Her similar generational perspective helps her understand what other millennials are looking for in terms of lifestyle and home features. With her genuine warmth and enthusiasm for helping people, Heather goes above and beyond to take the stress out of a real estate transaction.
