Initial Consultation
We ask the right questions to discover your goals, wants, needs and any concerns or questions you may have about the process of renovating, selling, buying another home and the current market.
We walk your home with you to determine what upgrades and repairs are necessary to help you achieve your desired goals, while creating the highest net value for you.
A scope of work is then created, we call it “the list.” It is based on your time frame, the current condition of your home, a budget, your goals and the current marketplace environment.

Bay Park Food Drive - we started back in 2004.. Raising over 7,500+ pounds of food every year for the San Diego Food Bank who feeds tens of thousands of families in our immediate communities. We have over 100 volunteers and involved our neighbors and friends for an incredible day of fun and giving! Next one Dec 2, 2023.
ATPF - Autism Tree Project Foundation is a foundation that we volunteer with and have supported for over 19 years. They are such an incredible resource and advocate for all of the families affected by Autism in San Diego County. They are selfless and truly make a difference. We are proud to be a part of their efforts.
We have been sponsoring local San Diego Youth soccer teams since 2012 and team manager & sponsor for two competitive youth teams for the last 6 years. Score!!
