Real Estate is my passion and turning homes into something beautiful is what keeps me up at night! Fighting for my clients needs as their fierce advocate is what lights the fire in my belly.
After almost 3 decades in real estate, I love that my experience has given me the opportunity to really be there for my clients and help them at every level possible, which has allowed me to create long term relationships with them and their families.
Family is everything to me. I love my amazing husband, 2 kids, 2 Labs and our Siamese kitty. We are an adventurous bunch spending time in the water, mountains and snow!
My Story
Through a soul-searching journey, I redefined success and sought to align my personal values with my professional endeavors. As a wife, mother and REALTOR®, I crafted my life around the people and experiences I cherish most.
Becoming a mother marked a transformative chapter, reprioritizing my life and identifying what truly matters. Getting married to my wonderful husband Rob in 2006 and then in 2008 and 2010, having my two children, Alexander and Noelle—these were the greatest moments of my life, and yet, all of this was happening amidst the economic downturn, a trying time in my career watching so many lose so much.
Working directly with banks, selling their foreclosed properties, each transaction carried a weight that didn't align with my true passion. Amid renovating distressed properties and overseeing a staggering 100+ transactions annually, I had to balance work with motherhood, never taking a day off. My work, once defined by heartfelt interactions with clients, had turned into transactions laden with sadness and heartache. Work became a necessity for survival rather than a pursuit of personal connections and the joy of helping individuals find their next home. It was during this pivotal period of my life that my priorities began to shift. I missed helping people.
Although I learned a lot and increased my skillset in all things from renovating to negotiating, my favorite transactions at the time were the short sales I negotiated, as I kept Sellers out of foreclosure and helped them sell with dignity. It was from that moment; I knew I wanted to be an advocate for Sellers and be there to protect innocent buyers.
In 2012, the turning point arrived. Recognizing the need to create more balance in my life and regain control, I reflected on the core values instilled by my family. Growing up, my father, Bob, who was an Airforce Captain and fighter pilot in Vietnam, an incredible salesman to whom everyone loved and someone who never gave up, taught me the meaning of hard work and perseverance. He and my mother, Ellie, who met in the Airforce, also a Captain, a flight nurse, and an incredibly strong woman, gave our family the life any kid would have cherished. One not made of money but one full of love, laughter, hard times and the confidence to know we could do anything we wanted to be. They taught me, my brother Bob and my sister, Elizabeth, what it was to serve others, be kind, dream big and never give up. Then in 1991, after graduating from college, my father at 53- and 18-year-old sister were killed in a plane crash. The hole left in my little family was unbridgeable. One cannot experience that type of loss and not let it affect the rest of your life. And then my mom, we lost her in 2013. The inspiration and legacy our parents imparted on me, and my brother, have given us both the motivation, strength, and vision to help people at a deeper level. My Brother went on to be a doctor, who serves all those in uniform and saves lives every day. I like to think my losses have made me stronger and more committed to being a brighter light and force in that of my families' and in my clients' lives who need guidance, fierce advocacy and help transitioning to the next chapter of their life.
After 19 years already in the business, it was time to reshape my work to show off my passion for it and truly help my clients at their deepest level. I needed to return to my roots, connecting with clients and building meaningful relationships—because that is what fuels and drives me. It was time to take my experience as a designer, an experienced real estate Broker, an investor, a stager and a renovation project manager to transform not just my life but the lives of my clients – all with passion and style.
So, in 2012, as the Broker of Frontline Realty Group, I then became the sole owner. This business was crafted to allow me to the opportunity to make a maximum impact on my clients, all well still creating a life with my family. In fact, at the end 2022, my very talented husband joined our team, giving us the ultimate family time together while providing that extra touch of detail and exemplary service for our clients.
My team and I now assist sellers through home renovations and staging, that transform and create a wow factor that leads to a more profitable sale. Rooted in integrity and budget consciousness, this approach is aimed at empowering sellers while ensuring a positive experience for buyers, knowing they are buying a stellar property. It is not just a sale but helping people enter the next chapter with confidence and the necessary support to be successful. Our goal is to help our clients maximize the return from the sale of their home, instead of falling prey to a flipper investor. With our guidance, our clients transition to the next phase with less stress and more profit.
We love our clients... however with this shift, I have been able to be more involved in my children's lives. They will always take priority, and thanks to the flexibility of our real estate team, I am able to do it all! Rob and I are very present in their activities from school to sports and vacations. We want to create a life where the memories of love and confidence will follow them as they grow into adults and beyond, knowing that if they work hard and persevere, they too can have it all... Love and family.
I have loved being a part of their lives as a team manager, assistant Scout master, raving fan and as supporting parents who are at every game!
Our family loves water sports, boating and hitting the slopes for snow skiing. Our pups Oakley and Willow make up our furry crew. I am truly grateful and blessed, my life is centered around amazing people, creating lasting memories with friends and family and helping my clients through one of the biggest investment decisions of their lives.
Buying or selling a home is not just a transaction but a significant transition in your life. I'm a fierce advocate for my clients, learning their unique stories and striving to protect their best interests at every turn.
