Maryann Hilvers Augustine
I’m a real estate broker, designer at heart, and fierce advocate for my clients. With over three decades of experience, I specialize in renovating, staging, marketing, and strategically positioning homes to maximize value—whether it’s a traditional sale, investment property, or more complex situations like REO, foreclosures, and short sales.
Real estate isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. Transforming a home into something beautiful and helping my clients see what’s possible is what keeps me up at night. Negotiating on their behalf and protecting their best interests is what fuels me every day.
My experience allows me to guide clients at every level, creating not just successful outcomes, but lifelong relationships built on trust, care, and results.
Family is everything to me. I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside my husband and teammate, Rob, while raising our two amazing teenagers, Alex and Noelle, and our two Labrador Retrievers, Oakley and Willow. When we’re not working, you’ll find us chasing adventure—whether it’s the beach, the mountains, or the snow.

I’m the Field Operations Manager at Frontline Realty Group, where I oversee vendors, coordinate projects, and make sure everything in the field runs smoothly from start to finish. Before joining FRG, I spent years as a Director of Operations in the hospitality industry, managing large teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and fast-paced environments where attention to detail and service were critical.
Today, I bring that same level of care and problem-solving into every home we work on. I’m hands-on, solutions-driven, and focused on making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for our clients.
What I enjoy most is being part of a team that truly helps people—transforming homes, supporting families through big transitions, and creating outcomes everyone feels good about. Being able to do this alongside my wife while also having more time with our kids has made this role especially meaningful to me.

Real Estate has been a passion since childhood. Owning my first home at the age of 18 and then going on to flip my first property at the age of 20. Since then, I have owned and managed several of my own properties.
Prior to working in real estate, I had a successful career working as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the retail & hospitality industry for 25+ years; I have always believed in building lasting relationships and creating the BEST experience possible!
My husband and I with 3 of our 5 children live in East San Diego County. When we are not working, we enjoy cooking, baking, going to the pool or beach, hiking, or just hanging out at home gardening.
Team Bookkeeper
Lynne Mathison
I appreciate the logic of numbers. As Frontline Realty Group’s bookkeeper for almost 19 years, I keep diligent records of where the money comes in and goes out. My experience working on the team’s REO bank owned property listings in the last downturn has honed my skills in tracking repair and renovation property expenses while organizing invoices and receipts which help keep our clients informed throughout the transaction.
When not reconciling ledgers, I like to be outside especially near the ocean, or curled up inside reading a good book.
